Southern Pharmaceutical Services recently held an open house to celebrate the opening of our satellite pharmacy at the Northwest Alabama Mental Health Center (NWAMHC) in Jasper, Alabama. At the event, cupcakes and lemonade were offered to attendees who stopped by to visit with the new pharmacy staff. Dale Cottle, executive director at NWAMHC, attended the event to show his support for the new partnership.
Led by Southern Pharmaceutical Pharmacist Jeremy Smith and Pharmacy Technician Ashley Gambrel, the new satellite pharmacy serves clients at the center, as well as those visiting the Capstone Cottage Clinic. The pharmacy will also service other SPS clients in the five county areas of Fayette, Lamar, Marion, Walker and Winston.
We would like to thank everyone who stopped by the event. We are very excited to begin this new journey and expand our pharmacy partnership with NWAMHC.
