The employees of Southern Pharmaceutical Services recently gathered to read the book “Soup,” a fun and inspirational story that compels the reader to engage in more thoughtful and connected work relationships, both internally and externally. As we read the book, we participated in group discussions about how the lessons learned could impact our culture here at SPS. From these discussions, we created what we believe is the ideal company culture and defined actions that demonstrate our appreciation for each other.
With these new goals and ideas, we aim to help each other thrive and become an even more effective part of the team, because happy and engaged team members make for well satisfied clients!
